Class Inquiries and Bookings

We do not process payments or final bookings through this website. All class inquiries are handled directly via WhatsApp or Instagram. Here is what to know:

  • Class schedules and availability are subject to change. Always confirm before heading to the studio.
  • Drop-in classes are paid in person at the studio. We accept cash or direct bank transfer.
  • Private lesson packages are arranged and paid directly with Nefeli.

Class Policies

To ensure everyone has a great experience:

  • Cancellation: For private lessons, please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule. Last-minute cancellations may forfeit that session.
  • Arrival: Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class starts. Late arrivals may miss the warm-up or entry if the class has already begun.
  • Attire: Comfortable clothing and dance shoes or clean sneakers are recommended. High heels are not permitted in some studios for safety reasons.
  • Health and safety: By participating in classes, you confirm you are in good health and understand that dance involves physical activity with inherent risks.

Products and Merchandise

Any products mentioned on our site (merchandise, accessories) are available for local pickup in Dubai or arranged delivery. We do not ship products through this website. All sales are handled directly via WhatsApp, and payment is collected upon pickup or delivery.

Limitation of Liability

Dance is a physical activity, and participation involves inherent risks. By attending our classes and events, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Nefeli Bachata is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during or related to our services, except in cases of gross negligence.

We strive to keep our website accurate and up-to-date, but we do not guarantee that all information is error-free. Studio locations, schedules, and prices may change, so please confirm details directly with us.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved under UAE jurisdiction.
